Anna

Anna was born in December of 2006. She was a very easy baby. As long as her stomach was full and her bottom was dry, she was happy. Of course, by the time she came along, our household was so noisy I'm not always sure we could have heard her, even if she was crying. She blended in with the general chaos and seemed quite happy about it.

As Anna has gotten older, she has definitely become more opinionated about things. She has also learned that if she wants to be heard, she needs to be loud enough to overcome the ever present buzz of our house. She fits right in!

Anna is all girl. She likes shoes, clothes, jewelry, purses and dolls. The more the better. She likes to laugh and play and cuddle. And she gives the best hugs ever.

We were all really excited to have Anna join our family.

Well, actually, I'm not sure Josh was all that excited.
He really didn't know what to think about Anna.
I'm still not sure he knows what to think about her.
But someday he will think she's great - right?

Anna's first Christmas, 2006. (One and a half weeks old.)

Anna at 3 months.
I suppose you never know when you might find
something absolutely delicious to eat, so it is important to
give everything a chance. She must take after her mama!

Isn't she CUTE?

First Halloween. Anna was a ladybug,
in case you can't tell. (10 months)

This girl has a real future as a mustard spokesperson,
don't you think? (Almost 1 year old)

We love Anna! I cannot image our family without her.

Oh my, Anna is such an adorable little lady, isn't she? And I can't believe how much she looked like Josh as a newborn! Now she's got Aleah written all over her face ;)

You guys make such beautiful children...and I love them!
