Swinging from the Chandelier

Anna is starting to talk more and more. One of her first sentences was "I need help". Now she says it all the time. It is basically a catch-all phrase for anything she wants you to do for her.

Today I heard Anna in the kitchen emphatically saying "I need help!" I went in to find her like this:

Initially I thought she wanted help getting down. But NO! She wanted help reaching the light fixture! Obviously, I'm not going to let her swing from the chandelier. But, being the good parent that I am, I went for the camera first.

Then I made her get down!

I can't believe how grown up she is getting -- in my mind, she's still the new baby. Time really flies, doesn't it? She's such a cutie!

Oh my word. That is the cutest thing! Of course she had every intention of hanging from the chandelier...and you helping her do it of course!
