The Sports Page

I am finally getting around to posting about the kids' sports activities from LAST FALL. I know I'm a little late. But better late than never, I suppose. Right? Right! The problem is that I am spending so much time chauffeuring them around to their sports stuff right now that I don't have time to blog about the old sports stuff. Maybe I'll get around to posting about the spring season we are currently in the middle of by Thanksgiving or something. But I wouldn't hold my breath if I were you!

JOSH played soccer. Five and six year olds playing soccer is always entertaining. Josh had lots of fun running up and down the field, kicking the ball with kung fu sound effects, and talking to spectators.

SETH played flag football. Even though they lost more than they won, Seth still had fun. He is always good natured about everything!

ALEAH played soccer again. But unlike previous seasons (where they lost almost every game), last season they were AWESOME. Actually, the two worst teams in the league lost a few players so they combined the teams and somehow that turned out to be a winning combination. They were undefeated in their league, they went on to win the CAYSA tournament, and then took second place in the South Texas Western District Tournament in Victoria. It was very exciting! Way to go Aleah!
